MD First Research Chandler has been actively engaged in presenting our latest clinical studies and patient referral programs to various healthcare providers. On July 15, 2024, we presented to The Wellness Tree, followed by Redemption Psychiatry Chandler on July 17, 2024, and Chandler Psychiatry on July 18, 2024. We also engaged with Friendship Village on July 23, 2024. We were delighted to collaborate with Hawthorn Court at Ahwatukee to provide insights and research efforts for those living with dementia or caring for someone with the condition.

We were delighted to see several of our affiliates, including Alice, Leslie, and Dan from The Park at Copper Creek, James from Senior Helpers, Elaine from Successful Aging AZ and Visiting Angels, Carrie from Sunland Home Care, Lydia from NextHome Elite Realty, and Karen from Trask Mobile.

It was a pleasure to converse with the residents of The Park at Copper Creek and meet the guest speaker, Marina Blackford, a two-time breast cancer survivor, whose story deeply resonated with everyone in attendance. We also made new connections with Merri from A Place for Seniors and Adrianne from Sage.

The event decorations were beautiful, and the luncheon was simply stunning, making it a memorable day for a great cause.

It was especially heartwarming to see familiar faces from our previous events, reinforcing the strong connections we have built within the community. A highlight was the presentation by Dr. Rajiv Parikh, M.D., and Angela Rush, FNP-C, on “Clinical Trials Relating to Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, Idiopathic REM Behavior Disorder Study (RBD), and more,” which sparked significant interest and discussions.

We had the privilege of participating in the 5th annual Dementia Conference hosted by Successful Aging AZ at the Sun Lakes United Methodist Church, engaging with over 135 individuals eager for guidance on improving life with dementia. The conference was particularly impactful thanks to the personal stories of two individuals living with dementia, offering invaluable insights into their experiences. The event underscored MD First Research Chandler’s dedication to enhancing dementia care and support, marking a day filled with shared learning and community building.
